3 DAY MINIMUM For all monthly renters, RVs can not be older than 10 years in age and are subject to approval by mgt. Rates are for two person occupancy with parking for one passenger/tow vehicle (additional vehicles may be subject to additional charge(s) at a minimum of $0.75 per day per vehicle). Any boat trailers may be parked in designated areas however for every monthly or more stay there is a $1.25 per day charge for boat/ trailers. Management has sole discretion to limit parking Monthly RV renters must get prior approval (24 hours) from management for any day guests/visitors. No prorated rates will be given. All RV renters must provide valid Drivers License, credit card, current vehicle/RV registration and insurance card. Monthly rentals will be submetered for electric and water/sewer.
